Pretty good 5K on the track after tripping during warm up

Weather: 1730: Perfect! Cool, just enough wind, no humidity

Comments:
There was a bunch of crap on the track where football and soccer players enter and exit to keep their cleats from tearing up the new track. Anyhow, I tripped on it while warming up and am okay except for where my left elbow dug into my ribs when I landed. Each lap was just slightly longer than .26 miles because I ran around the obstacles. My time at 5K (just under 12 of the longer laps) was 22:28.
