Comments:
8 in the park around 6 or so. Worked longer than I thought I was gonna, so was running a bit behind schedule. Kept it pretty steady and ran the Orange Loop hardish(about (9:20's) for shits. 8 hill sprints and upper body/core work after. Real tired from only getting 6 hours of sleep. Better yet, found out I'm working 5:15 and 5:30 saturday and sunday this weekend.
