Comments:
I am sure I did 8 miles with the 5 minute run in the beginning just not sure if my whole run was 8. I would guess just about 7.5. I ran to the reservation and back, around the block to the start of the trail went the back way on the trail and cut in to do a 600. I know I was going a hard pace with Rachel so I believe this pace makes sense.
