Comments:
up and 4 am again, didn't get my ass out the door until 4pm after a nap and some coffee. Pouring rain, but felt great. Threw 1 minute surges in every 10 minutes starting at 50 until 1:40(6 total) and then added in 30 sec surges in between from like 75-1:35(4 total).
Hip/IT band on the left leg was tight first 2-3 miles. Had to stop and stretch. Keep an eye on it. Stretch!
