Comments:
This went a million times better than the last set of mile repeats I did. Probably should have started the first couple a little faster but good to get through it.
The hill at .5 miles in my loop definitely is good for me ... sucks for my times, but if I'm going to run 1/6th of 100 miles in Vermont in a month in a half I better be ready for some hills.
