Long Run w/LT interval

Weather: perfectly warm, gentle breeze

Comments:
A nice Long Run as the day turns to night. Went down to the train tracks, up towards BP and around the trails there and then on Columbus Drive to Long Pond. Then did a hot lap, just about 10' for the total. I wasn't that quick but the darkness made me hold back. It's okay, i'm pretty sure I was in the LT zone the whole time.
