Comments:
Coach was mad at us today. I definitely wasn't prepared to race at all. I couldn't treat it like a real thing. The first mile was way too easy..7:12ish. Then I slowed down considerably because I think my 2 mile time was 15:00. I picked it up the last 1.1. I wasn't very positive or competitive, and I was making excuses while I was running. I've been sick for three weeks, I've been stressed, I haven't gotten enough sleep, stuff like that. I have to do better at preparing but also at being positive and having confidence in my abilities and my strength.
