Long run/tempo at LGCT

Comments:
W/ Mike and Aaron. did a warm up and then met up with them during their tempo run (they were about 1-1.25M in). Felt pretty good, but 6 min pace got hard quick. Been a long time since I went that fast. Went just a little over 2.5, was at 15:00, so right on pace. Plan had been to go further but Nick wasn't with us so we cut it short.
