Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Overall this was a good run. I have been able to consistently hit sub 7/mile without even trying, which means I am in good shape. My only real complaint is that my breathing while climbing tougher hills is too forced, and I feel that I am working harder than I should to get to the top. Still lots of time to work on this though.

Out to the Mingo/Red Belt intersection and back
