Strength tutorial for the team

165lbs for just 3x8 today. chest is pretty sore considering it's relatively low volume. not bad though.
first 2 sets of OHP was pretty easy, hit 8 reps no problem. got really ambitious and started doing front raises w/ a 25lb plate and couldn't get past like the 5th rep on the ohp lololololol.
did a triple drop set.

did like 3x10 w/ 35lbs on the laterals and then a NOS set. I looked freakin hulking with dat pump.

big chain dipz. 3 or 4 x10, then bodyweight for 10. reps were slower and more controlled today.



Did a strength tutorial for the team at practice. Coach wanted us to launch this new routine today, so there really wasnt much planning that went into the logistics on how to be efficient and prevent overcrowding. So there was limited equipment and a lot of waiting around for everyone. But we are working on some things to improve efficiency and i tihnk it'll turn out well.
