So I did cardio kickboxing this morning which was fun and different. I was surprised how many people there were at 7am but I guess it was the first day of class.
I lifted with Ana in the evening.
5x5 incline DB bench (25s) with DB bicep curls (20s)
5x5 bench press (65,60x4)
5x5 decline press resistant thing (40,45,45,45,50) with bent bar curls (40s)
