on the treadmill once again. i just felt really tired from lack of sleep and i'm starting to get sick. womp. but i did a 9:49 pace warmup then went 8:20 pace for 10 minutes, then cooldown once again at 9:49 pace for 10 minutes. my legs felt pretty good and my breathing wasn't too bad.

extra: lunge, 50 squats, 3x25 crunches, 2x10 pushups, 1 1:15 plank, 2x8 tricep curls, 2x8 bicep curls, and did some weights stuff.
