Comments:
Felt horrible on warm up, expected to feel horrible during workout. I did. BUT the fun thing is I hit the times and stayed with the group DESPITE how shitty I felt. I think that's something to be happy about :-)

last one was supposed to be fast but I honestly gave it my all and hit the wall harder than ever in my life, was just happy I was consistent for once.
