Comments:
back day! the only one of the week since I won't be on campus on friday.
Started off with them heavy ass rack pulls. Didn't warm up from the floor this time, just warmed up from elevated height. couple reps with 135, 225, and 225 was like heavy and i was like uh-oh.... i was using that thicker bar. not a big fan but w/e. 315. for like 6 reps. pyramiding up to 365 for 5 reps. not bad. repping it pretty quick like a machine. 385 for 5. still the same, not too bad but starting to feel tougher. 4 plates a side, 405lbs. now the fun begins. idk how much i could do. but i planned 2 sets of triples as a preliminary. first set with a double overhand grip and straps, hit 4 reps! felt good too. felt explosive, like i could just yank the bar right off the rack. second set hit 3 reps fast, paused for a moment and yanked out a 4th rep. awesome improvement. 405 felt impossible the first time i did it. 2 sessions later, I am showing it who's boss.

tbar rows. 4x8 with a strip set then 10 reps with 2 plates. despite having pulled heavy the first exercise, this felt good, i was crisp. awesome back activation as well. lats felt worked and are sore right now. Dat 3 plate tbar row, gonna go for sets of 10 next time and then i'll start adding weight. gonna get up to those 4 plates.

progresed to 75lbs on the 1 armed rows. maybe its cuz i didnt do pullups today but sets of 8 with 75 honestly didnt feel bad at all. even had better than usual activation of the back. 3x8
