Weather: A bit hot, but not too bad.
Comments:
I hurt. The uphills made me feel like I was 50 pounds heavier, and for some reason the downhill at the beginning of the tempo sections were worse. I felt strong on the uphill sections of the tempo though. Thighs and butt burn.
3* uphills, 8 minute tempo. 2*uphills, 5 minute tempo. 1 uphill, 2 minute hard.
