Weather: weight room was steamy
Comments:
Did not get a chance to lift on Sunday so I did the lift on Monday before practice with Andrew.
lunges 3 x 10 with 30 pounds dumbbells in each hand
goblet squats 3 x 12 with 55 pound dumbbell
calf raises with 25 dumbbells in each hand, on incline bench stand, so I could use the drop off
