Got in this morning ready to freakin kill it. Stimmed up w/ NO-Xplode for energy and Craze to get that mindset. Got thru my warm up sets, belted up and loaded up 230lbs on the bar. got 4x8. wasn't even killer but it was one of those moments when i knew to be smart and cut it off. especially the day after killing my upper posterior. 5x8 for sure doable next session. good 4 sets though.

hit the stiff leg deads at 155 3x8? trying to feel the pull in the hammies better.

back in the squat rack. 185 on the bar for some high bar squats. man, since when did 185 feel so easy?! 2x10. penultimate rep almost lost balance on the way up cuz i lost intraabdominal pressure coming out of the hole.

3x10 ham curls with 90lbs, dropset to 70, then dropset from 70 to 45. #exertion

back in the squat rack for the 3rd time. front squats are really growing on me. 135 for 3x10, felt great. might just wanna fix my stance a bit for better quad activation.
