Comments:
Told to take it easy as a team today
Goal was 4 miles 10 sec. slower per mile than last week: 6 minutes per mile
got out a little hard then pace started to slip.
no accelerations- tendon still not at its best.
wore band for w/o and it was fine
strength: new medicine ball routine, hurt at the end but otherwise wasn't too bad. Possibly better with a mat.
no ice bath(out of ice) drained legs for 10 minutes- lots of pins and needles after, felt good?
