Comments:
Workout with Ian on the track. Didn't expect it to be super hard- felt a little more difficult probably because I was dehydrated and legs were heavy from lifting. All in all faster than we were supposed to be doing them so felt good. 4x1200 @ T (more like I) with 2:00 rest. 5x 100 yrd strides after- felt pretty fast.
