Comments:
Mile repeats in the meadow...definitely the hilliest mile repeats I've ever done. Goal was 6:20. I started with Ronnie, then coach moved me up with Evy and Kayla for the last three. I kind of struggled to stay with them. I really need to practice running with people. I think it just stresses me out and makes me nervous because I think I have to pass them or they are going to pass me and then I just can't relax. I ran 6:22, 6:31, 6:42, 6:42. That's an average of about 6:34, which is close to my tempo from last week. But this time I had rest, but it was also hilly, so I don't really know how to feel about this workout. I need to be more mentally tough and positive, and have confidence in my abilities.
The lift was kind of silly today, but hopefully it will get better and we can add more weight.
