Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
We did tempo today but one mile less and ten seconds slower per mile. So I should have been around 6:45ish. I went with Dana, Evy, and Rebecca but only did 2 miles. Our first mile was 6:35 and I stayed with them pretty well. Then I turned around and ran a 6:55 back, which was a lot slower. It was hard running by myself though. I need to remember that on Friday. 3x300 on the track, I pushed it on the last 100 pretty well I think.
The med ball routine afterward was pretty hard. I'm not that great at pushups. It might have been better if we had a better place to do it because I was sliding all over the floor.
