Weather: hot, 80s, humid.

Comments:
ran warmup and cooldown with julia and alec, and ran most of my "threshold run" alone on the lake norman bike/running path. felt pretty good for the most part but my whole body felt fatigued (lack of sleep) and my breathing wasn't too great cause i'm also sick and my nose is stuffed. ... ew. the hills also killed me. chicago hills don't compare to these hills .. </3
