I don't know why this beat me up so bad, but I was doneski. It's way too hot for October.

8 Rounds:
8x Snatch @ 24kg (L/R)
16x Clapping Pushups
8x Toe-to-Board (used a 2x4, not a pullup bar)
16x Sledgehammer Strikes
8x Tire Flips
8x Small tire overhead throws (did 16 the first two rounds but quickly decided that was too many)
8x Goblet Squat @ 24kg
8x Push Press @ 24kg (L/R)
