Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
I woke up feeling horrible, between the cold I have been fighting and yesterday's fun events, my body is aching and I took the day off. I know this is not ideal, but it would have hurt more than helped trying to get a run in today. I will go a bit longer tomorrow, and Tuesday to get back on track and get I will do my best to be ready for the next race.
