Weather: Crazy hawt

Comments:
Good warmup but felt as if my legs were dead. 10 min jog with 3 min uptempo.
27:07 good race but very hot. I really kicked it in at the last half if the race.
2 mile cool down inside their indoor track.
The heat made the race tough but I am glad I got a real race under my belt.
