definitely a day to remember. felt shitty upon waking up. had half a cup of coffee &clif bar with pb. ate energy gummies hour before race. people were dying in men's race. gittermann told us to cut down warm up and drink as much as possible...

i peed around the 5k, just completely could not control my bladder. there was no warning. just pee. for the rest of the race. sat on the ground and peed when done. had no choice. felt shitty around the 3k. I was just like... fuck this. Idk what's up with me. I may just be a pussy. everyone was freaking out all around me, ambulances and shit at the end.

forgot I actually don't like lehigh. this season is getting dumber and dumber.
