Weather: 65 and cool

Comments:
Ran 4.5 miles during practice and then came back to the track and ran 1.5 miles of continuous 200's with some of the middle distance group. Then about a mile easy. Felt very good and STRONG. Good day and weather nice and cool after the rain!
