Weather: Nice not too hot.

Comments:
First mile was down hill to Denison. Then we did a 2mile loop three times with rest in between to drink and stretch.
1ST:6.25.90 Thought I was late so I ran faster.
2ND:8.10.88 With all seven guys warm up.
3RD:7.49.07 Still with team.
4TH:7.26.08 Team minus jarred. Faster
5TH:7.57.05 Jogged it in.
6TH:6.36.23 Me and Jarred normal long run pace.
7TH:5.39.08 Felt good.
Finished with six 58 meter sprints. That's right I measured.
