went real fkin early in the morn.

this was awhile ago, i dont remember exactly what happened. but on the bent over bb row after a few sets of warmup i hit 205lbs on the bent over row. for sets of 8! did some underhand grip, i think i'll try that more from now on.
did the vbar tbar row. threw on 5 plates of 25s, still felt easy. tossed on a 10 for 135lbs. still felt easy. but the parallel torso position rly worked the lower back.

1 arm row. 75s were gone so i think i did sets of 12 w/ 70. good shit. then 65lb curls were EAF
