back to 170lbs on the bench press for 3x8. felt pretty good, still had some left in the tank, but probably just like 6 reps for the 4th set. so i'll leave it up to next time.
seated OHP. did 105lbs for like 3x8. then 95 for a set. forgot what happened. i think i might just do standing ohp from now on. seated is a little awkward.
40lb lateral raises, starting to feel easier!! did 4x8.
3x15 dips with smaller chain, dropset to bodyweight last set
