*I felt pretty good, it was my first day of summer training! The first two miles was easy and I felt good. My right knee bothered me a little bit but not too bad. Second loop I picked it up a lot and ran a 11:45 with miles both around 5:45. Then the next one i ran with Alec and felt good, we went 6:33 and then dropped about a minute on the second mile and really picked it up the last 800m. We did some stretching and then we did some 58 meter sprints to work on some speed. Overall a great first session with the guys they looked good!
