Comments:
knee felt great on warm-up. One mile into tempo, it started to hurt a bit. at 2.5 miles I decided to stop. 2.5 mile split: 14:07, felt fantastic except for knee.
couldn't cool down, do strength or hurdles. coach said to get rest. sleeping as much as possible
