really breezy beautiful weather today. feels like chicago again. anyway, did a quick run alone on the track. yeeah, felt pretty good and my breathing was okay. not too bad. i didn't hydrate a lot so yeah but pretty good run. i went quicker than usual because i always tend to run faster on a track.

extra: lunge, 2x8 tricep, 2x8 bicep curls, weights, the plank routine with lifts, forward (10 lifts on each for 1:30), sides (8 lifts on each for 00:45), and supine (5 lifts on each for 00:45), 3x25 crunches, 3x10 pushups.
