Gosh today was strange. anyhow. went back to deadlifting from the floor today after a few rack pull sessions.
warming up felt great, nice and easy. loaded up 325lbs. I remember I struggled with this weight a month+ ago. can't even describe how comparatively easy this felt today. it was like me doing 275lbs back in the summer. very satisfying breakthrough. 5x5 hit without a problem.
Tbar rows. that springiness wasn't there in my arms since I fried them on the deadlifts. lower back was also weakened for the same reason, so isometric stabilization was slightly compromised. still, I hit 4x10 with a dropset. that means on friday im moving up 5lbs. gonna go for the same volume. progress a little quicker.
did some pullups, without weight this time. cuz i didn't feel like it. first set 10reps, second set 8-9, then like 7? i dont remember. neutral grip.
1 arm rows. 3x10 with 75lbs, good stuff. abs were doing a lot of work on this one to stabilize the isolateral nature of this exercise.
did some power curls. 3x10 w/ 25lb plate each side.
