Today was tough for sure. We did the first 3 miles on the grass in that small field which I did not like cause my leg tightened up. The ones on the track were tough, the first one wasn't bad, the second one was tough, then I was really happy to run my fastest one on the last one. Oh yeah it was also nasty weather.
