Grass loop. Went into it feeling.... nothing? just kinda decided how I felt didn't matter. Was definitely more mentally ready and mentally invested in this workout... felt like a realllll fucking workout not that stupid long shit!!! my body was pushed past the point of exhaustion. I know I could have given just a little more, but I was trying to stay consistent rather than die.

mostly stuck with cindy the whole time, we were about a second behind the lead group, and towards the end we all mushed together
