Squat til you puke

4x8 with 235lbs on the squat. it wasnt that bad but I decided 4 sets was enough. This brought me to my usual level of delirium.
155lbs for 3x10 on the stiff leg deads. I did these dynamically with power and speed.
back in the squat rack. 185 for 2x10. easy as hell. this is what 135 used to feel like. almost lost balance on one of the rep though. but all good.

hamstring curls. 100lbs for like 3x10, then dropped to 70 for like a set of 15.

back in the squat rack. 3x10 w/ 135lbs front squat, elevated my heels with 25lb plates. really got those quads good.

limped up to the locker room. lay on the floor for a good 5 mins for the lower back discomfort to go away. stumbled into the showers, turned on the water and i just had to puke. this never happened to me in running, I never actually puked in workouts or races. but this leg workout took me there.
