Easy Run w/ Benson

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: cool fall temperatures, no wind though

Comments:
I ran up to CC's place to find her pouting over the fact that ol' Benson got into the turtle food and ate about a pound of it. Boy, was she mad!

Benson didn't seem to be affected because he ran with me for about an hour. At times, he seemed to want to go even faster! This was probably the best run I've ever had with him.

It's still frustrating sometimes when he wants to stop to "talk" to other dogs but the feeling I get having him there running next to me is worth it. I actually wish I had a picture of us running together.

The trails were full today and met up with MH and his Angels. Then I saw SW walking his two dogs near Larch Park. I stopped and we chatted for a while.

Just a wonderful day to be alive.

OH, I screwed up my watch so this is just estimated.
