Hill workout

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
just under 50 minutes total which was good.
Went out on Keswick and then to Gilman hill- 4x15 second hills, 2x30 seconds and 2x45 seconds.
Felt great on the 15 second hills and okay on the 30s but really crappy on the 45s... what can I say? I just don't like hills. Glad we got this done though- legs sore but fine.
