Comments:
Looking at the Average mile pace I think I was probably a little under 8 miles. It's hard when you don't have a gps watch. We started off at 8:00 mile pace and was 7:30 up the hill and then kept it at 7:20-7:25. Once we caught up with lindsey I think we went a little faster to stay with them. In all I feel good, my legs feel sore but that's to be expected. I got my iron pills yesterday so I am starting to take them now
