Weather: Raining and overcast. I guess that almost goes hand in hand
Comments:
Dont know if it is hand and hand or hand in hand idk. But gosh I felt awful that first mile. the warm up i felt my legs being heavy also. But i hung on the second mile, then the thrid i just went how i felt and i dripped 5 seconds each mile. The 600s came around and I felt goo, but realized i had more than 400 to go, so I had to chill, which kinda ruined me. But overall a VERY tough workout, but I am very surprised with my work and I cant wait to actually get out and race, but i want track to come. I am glad i stayed with mike the whole time. It felt good to be up there finally. Overall, great day. :)
