Weather: Overcast and then sunny

Comments:
Ran to Veale, did my weight stuff, and ran back. Normally I'd prefer to run most of the day's mileage before getting to Veale, but I started late because I forgot that it closes at 4 on Saturdays.

I ended on the track, where I did a bit of core:
3x50 flutter kick
2x20 toe-touch crunches
2x30 supermans
2x2:00 contentedly staring at the sky
