10+8+6 dumbbell press 80 lbs
8+5+5+8 squats (65, 115, 115, 115) lbs
8+6 rows 40 lbs each side
8+5+5+8 SL barbell deadlift (65, 115, 95, 95) lbs
8+7+5 pullups (out, side, side)
Finally got the hang of the deadlifts, I just had to consciously keep my back straight and suddenly I felt the burn in my legs and the uncomfortable feeling in my back was gone. Overall I had to rush a lot because I was low on time, which sucked.
