Comments:
I did four on my own through Coventry today. I felt so good! My legs were tired but I was moving pretty quick, definitely the fastest I've done an easy run in a long time. It was nice. Before running I did the med ball circuit with Kristen and Laura. I did more pushups today than I have in the past 3 months... I did four strides too.
