The gym is actually quite nice! Moving/packing/shopping all day, needed to blow off some steam. Started with crossfit workout "Josh":
21x Overhead Squat @ 95#
42x Pullups
15x OHS
30x Pullups
9x OHS
18x Pullups

Harder than it looks! Than did some chest work. Superset DB press followed by 10x chest flies @ 20#. 20% incline:
12x 50#
10x 55#
10x 60#
8x 65#

5x10 dips set with 10x leg raise
Slick, 40#, 30#, 20#, slick
Finished with some one arm barbell deadlifts.
