Comments:
I was really worried about today's workout and being able to stay with Brooke and company, but I did it! I did 2 miles and then 1 (everyone else did one more). But I stayed with them the whole way! I fell off a little after the first mile but caught back up. I struggled to be positive but I think knowing the finish is close helps me a lot. Plus I broke it into 800s, and hanging on to the group was good too. I didn't have to think too much. We did 2x 3 200s on the track with a minute between the start of each and then 3 minutes between sets. That was pretty hard.
We lifted, did hurdle drills, stretched, and did abs.
