biked 30 minutes, then did the lift
3 x 10 60 pound weighted lunges
bridges 3 x 20
step-ups 2 x 10 with 60 pounds
calf raises 6 x 12, 3 with 90 pounds, 3 sets with 270 pounds. one on the machine where you sit down and left up, the second on the leg press machine, wanted to get whole calf cause I need to strengthen them
then did abs
5 minute cool down on bike
