Ran solo through the quittie. It was a tough day to wake up, but after an accidental alarm turnoff, i fortunately woke up soon enough to get going before class. I felt pretty beat up this morning. My left knee is giving me a problem. Specifically the ligament going over the knee cap. As well as the it band.
