We could have broken two minutes in the 800 today with our limited speed training.

Pretty sure that we ran an anerobic tempo. The track really beats up the ligaments in my calves. I have self diagnosed that this is because of the extreme mileage we have been doing week after week. I'm pretty sure after xc and some time off Ill be able to recover and with less mileage during track they should be alright through the season.
