Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Good run! Tempo. 700 meter repeats with hill and then cool down was down the hill back to the starting point... then tempo pick ups for almost 600 meters... picked it up at base of hill. then REPEATed.
Felt pretty good. Legs felt light. Good turnover. Worked the hills but nothing too crazy. Worked on starting strong every pick up and then settling in nice and easy. Smooth was the name of the game.
